Is your CQC rating up to scratch?

As from this Wednesday the 1st April 2015, new rules mean that health and care providers will have to display their CQC rating prominently… on websites, in public entrances, across premises and in the waiting areas of care services.

CQC Outstanding Rating

This means that people and their families who use care services will be able to make more informed choices about who they use for their care.

Plus in-line with CQC’s enforcement policy, appropriate action (including a fixed penalty notice fine) can be taken should the Care Quality Commission find providers in breach of this regulation.

Will you, or have you, been judged as Outstanding or Good? (Congratulations!)

Or do you Require Improvement or have you been judged as Inadequate?

CQC Fundamental Standards – are you ready?

Are you ready for the new CQC fundamental standards? You will be if you use any of the Bettal Quality Management products.

As you will be aware, the Care Quality Commission are bringing in new care regulations called fundamental standards, next month in April 2015.

Bettal’s new inspection framework has inbuilt the Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOE’s) and will be underpinned by the Fundamental Standards.

In supporting managers we have taken on a number of new initiatives to assist each service to comply with the new inspection regime.

Please get in touch by calling 016977 41411 to find out more information. Or you can email Stuart Cook

Thank you.
