Our Vision

To provide the social care sector with quality management systems (policies procedures and other documentation that complies to the Care Quality Commission, Local Authority Commissioners and international standards and best practice. Ensuring that care services who use Bettal products and technology can demonstrate they provide quality services to service users and other stakeholders.

Track Record

Bettal Quality Consultancy has been in operation since 1994. Over that time the company has become the market leader in the supply of Quality Management Systems and training to the Social Care Sector.

Our products and services are based on knowledge of Best Practice, National Standards of Care and International Standards of Quality Assurance. Our team has wide management experience and qualifications in the Social Care field and in the world of Quality Assurance.

International Recognition

Bettal is currently working on a European Commission sponsored research project to develop care standards for social care services in Poland. We are delighted to be working with our partners in Poland who have worldwide experience of international standards.

Our Team

Managing Director - Albert Cook

Albert Cook has vast experience in the management of social care services and is a former principal inspector. He has developed Quality Assurance Systems in the UK, Ireland and Germany, including Residential and Support Services for older people, people with learning disabilities, mental health services, children's services and domiciliary care. His qualifications include BA, MA, and Fellow of the Chartered Quality Institute - to our knowledge, the only Fellow of the CQI working in the Social Care Sector.

Financial Director - Elizabeth Cook

Elizabeth Cook is the Financial Director of the company in addition to her financial background, Elizabeth has extensive experience in day care for people with disabilities, nursery childcare and child minding.

Director - Stuart Cook

Stuart has a great wealth of experience and insight in the private care sector, being a qualified nurse and having managed in the care home sector. Stuart undertakes responsibilities for marketing and sales. He is involved in the development and review of all Bettal systems, and has project managed and produced Quality Assurance Systems for local authorities and groups in the private sector.

Senior Office Administrator - Kath

Kath is responsible for managing the day-to-day affairs of the Bettal office, making sure everything runs smoothly. She has extensive administration experience and wide experience of our software programme mycared4eqms.  Kath has taken a central role in the development of the Bettal Audit Tool and Management Task Flow.
