Keeping your Quality Management System updated
As you know Inspectors are not only looking for your service to have a Quality Management System in place that includes Policies and Procedures, but evidence that you have changed them to continuously improve your service. The Updates Service provides evidence that your documents have been reviewed.
We believe that subscribing to the Updates Service is essential as we provide crucial documents that have been requested by other customers as a result of requirements made by Inspectors, or due to changes in legislation and best practice.
It is also in the interests of continuous improvement and best practice that Bettal Quality Consultancy provides updates to the our Quality Management Systems. This ensures that Cared 4 and our quality management systems remain the most comprehensive, up to date systems available to the care sector and providers of support services.
Our updating service keeps you abreast of best practice and incorporates any changes to the system that may be required by regulators of the National Minimum Standards. We also listen to our customers' suggestions for improvement and whilst we cannot guarantee to respond to every suggestion, we do make improvements whenever the request is due to observations from inspectors and where several of our customers make the same observation.
