Subscription Levels
There are several subscriptions levels providing different levels of access to myCared4QMS features, including:
Level 1 subscription
-
Enables customers to view, search, print, download, amend
and review their Cared 4 documents online

Includes access to all updates over the subscription term
-
Limited upload of the customer's own policies, procedures
and forms
-
Provides access for up to 20 named users (read, print and
download only access levels)

Allows the site to nominate one administrator who has
permission to review and carry out amendments to documents
Level 2 Subscription
-
Enables customers to view, search, print, download, amend and review their Cared 4 documents online.

Includes access to all updates over the subscription term.

Uploading and management of their own corporate documents
and staff and / or service user records
-
Access to up to 100 named users with differing access
levels (read, print, download, amend, approve, etc) and multiple
administrators
-
Allows the organisation to make use of the many features
of the myEQMS system such as setting approval paths for carrying out
amendments, etc.
