As from this Wednesday the 1st April 2015, new rules mean that health and care providers will have to display their CQC rating prominently… on websites, in public entrances, across premises and in the waiting areas of care services.

This means that people and their families who use care services will be able to make more informed choices about who they use for their care.
Plus in-line with CQC’s enforcement policy, appropriate action (including a fixed penalty notice fine) can be taken should the Care Quality Commission find providers in breach of this regulation.
Will you, or have you, been judged as Outstanding or Good? (Congratulations!)
Or do you Require Improvement or have you been judged as Inadequate?
