Bettal at The National Care Association Conference

As a sponsor of the National Care Association Bettal were invited to the ‘Turning the Tide Seminar’ last week the 9th May at Manchester United Football Club.

We were able to meet with members, to show them the benefits of our Quality Management System, Cared4. Among the guests attending was James Bullion, Chief Inspector of Adult Social Care and Integrated Care from the Care Quality Commission who kindly took time to see a demonstration of our new product the Bettal Quality Statements Audit Tool from our managing director Mr Albert Cook.

Other guest speakers in attendance included Helen Whateley MP for Health and Social Care and Andrew Gwynne MP Shadow Minister of Social Care. Members were able to ask questions.

Our Managing Director Albert Cook was part of the panel discussing how to achieve outstanding CQC ratings with two members of the NCA who have received an outstanding rating for their services.

Overall, a good day was had by all why not join us at the next conference.
